Keto Restaurant Guide
Keto at Five Guys
Five Guys is one of the easiest burger chains to plan on keto because its nutrition guide breaks every order into parts. The hamburger patty, bacon, and mayonnaise are all 0g carbs. A slice of cheese is about 1g. The carbs sit in the 35g hamburger bun, the fries, the shakes, and a few sweet sauces.
Ask for your burger in a bowl (no bun) and build it from the toppings list. Lettuce, pickles, grilled mushrooms, mustard, and mayo barely move the count. Ketchup, BBQ sauce, and relish are the toppings that add sugar, so pick mustard and mayo instead. The in-store peanuts are a fair keto snack at about 2g net carbs an ounce.

Net carbs are total carbohydrate minus dietary fiber, rounded to the nearest gram, from Five Guys's published nutrition information (checked October 2026). For a modified order, such as no bun, we subtract the published values of the part you leave off. Menus and recipes vary by location and change over time, so check current nutrition with Five Guys before you order, especially for sauces, dressings, and seasonal items.
